Dan Rearick joined the Eastern Carolina Immigrants' Rights Project in January 2008 as a staff attorney. Rearick graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 2004 and went on to clerk for the Honorable Juan Torruella of the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the Immigrants' Rights Project, he also clerked for the Honorable Timothy Burgess of the U.S. District Court for Alaska and worked as a litigation associate at a law firm in Washington, D.C. Before attending law school, Dan spent a year performing volunteer work in Bolivia. He speaks Spanish and is proficient in French.
