Defenders of Justice
Justice Circle Rick Glazier is the Executive Director of the North Carolina Justice Center. He joined the Justice Center in the summer of 2015 following his resignation from the N.C. General Assembly after 13 years representing Cumberland County in the NC House of Representatives. As a Representative, Glazier served on the House Judiciary, Education, Ethics, and Appropriations committees, among others. He was a visiting professor in criminal justice at Fayetteville State University and has been teaching at Campbell University School of Law for 20 years, in addition to past teaching roles at other institutions. He is a former chair of the Cumberland County School Board.
