Russell Baggett joined the Justice Center in September 2011 as our Campaign Coordinator to work on outreach, strategy, and logistics for a number of projects including the Health Access Coalition and Together NC. As a graduate of Terry Sanford High School in Fayetteville, UNC-Chapel Hill, and veteran of numerous political campaigns in North Carolina and beyond, Russell has deep roots in our state and a passion for improving its standing nationwide. He previously worked on redistricting in the General Assembly for Minority Leader Joe Hackney and brings his considerable knowledge of NC politics to this new role.
