Eli Longnecker

Eli Longnecker is the 2024-2026 Immigrants’ Rights Fellow at the NC Justice Center. They graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, they interned at NC Justice Center, Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, Inc., and Legal Aid Justice Center in Virginia, serving primarily immigrant and migrant workers. Prior to law school, they worked in local government as a union organizer and as a coordinator of the Los Angeles Worker Center Network. They grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
