Juan Calderon Lora

Juan Calderon is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Biology and Spanish and Chemistry minor. During his stay at UNC, he supplemented his classroom learning with community service and demonstrated his commitment to the community by becoming an active student in various college organizations including the Carolina Hispanic Association, Scholar Latino Initiative, Human Rights Center, among others.

Prior to joining the NC Justice Center, Juan worked for three years at the Law Offices of Paul A. Suhr, PLLC as an immigration paralegal, where he assisted attorney Paul A. Suhr in the preparation of cases to be filed with USCIS, Department of State and U.S. Department of Justice.
