Tara Riggs is a Public Policy Analyst on the Health Advocacy Project. Before joining the team in January 2023, Tara worked in various research roles, including the COVID-19 Protective Policy Index and NSF-supported research on hydraulic fracturing. Tara has also spent time as an instructor of record at Binghamton University teaching classes focused on questions of political behavior.
Tara has bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from Mary Baldwin University, Master’s degrees in Political Science from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary and Binghamton University, and is ABD (all but dissertation) at Binghamton University.
