Tim Hazlehurst

Tim Hazlehurst came to the NC Justice Center in June 2021. As Director of IT, Tim oversees the management of the technology infrastructure of the NCJC and keeps his finger on the pulse of the strategic technology needs of the organization.

Prior to coming to the NCJC, Tim worked for 24 years in non-profit administration, facilities, finance, IT, and theater management at Exploris and its successor institution Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, NC. With over 35 years in IT, Tim’s background includes corporate systems and data center management, software development, and business operations. Tim hails from England and is a naturalized U.S. citizen. He grew up in southwest Virginia and attended the University of Virginia, graduating with a B.A. in Mathematics. Tim has four wonderful children and one beautiful grandchild, and lives in Cary with his amazing wife Gwen and seven (yes, seven!) cats.
